Lake Michigan R & R has 13 bedrooms and sleeping for 30, so we can accommodate groups from 4 or 5 up to 30.

"We visited for a Team Retreat, bringing a group together for team building, training, fun and relaxation. This property is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone had their own space and also the common areas are perfect for gathering. We utilized the amazing kitchen to it's fullest! I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the firepit and hot tub. Great location, walking distance from the lake and close to small grocery for anything you need! The owners are very accommodating and took great care of us. They were even there to greet us at arrival and brought us dry wood and an extension cord when we were in need! Summer Season Pricing (June - August)

Weekly Summer Rentals Only Sunday-Sunday

Rental of whole Lake Michigan R & R, including the 13 Bedrooms and Suites for up to 30 guests, and all amenities including Cook’s Kitchen, Dining Room, Great Room, Heated Swimming Pool and Outdoor Deck.

Weekly Summer Rates: $15,000-$22,000

Weekend Summer Rates: Occasionally a long weekend is available during the summer, primarily the beginning of June or the end of August. These long weekends will be available for $8,000-$13,000.

Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends: Rental of the entire inn for a three or four night stay over the holiday weekends. Prices range from $7,000 – $10,000.

Off-Season Pricing

Shoulder Season (April, May, September and October)*

Rental of entire Lake Michigan R & R, including 13 rooms and suites for 30 guests, and all amenities, including Cook’s Kitchen, Dining Room, Great Room, Living Room and Hot Tub.

Shoulder Season Pricing
Weekend Rate: 2 night stays are $4,000-$5,500. Additional nights are $1,000-$1,500 per night.

Weekly Rate: $7,000 – $10,000

Winter Season Pricing

Weekend Pricing: 2 night stays are $2,500-$3,500. Additional nights are $500 per night.

Weekly Rate: $4,000 – $7,000

Mid-Week Business and Retreat Packages

Flexible packages are priced per group, per night, and per person throughout the year, averaging $1,000-$2,000 per night. Allow us to help you design a flexible stay within your group’s budget!

Smaller Group Packages

Flexible packages are available on a per night, per person basis on certain weekends throughout the year. Only have a smaller group like 4 couples or 6 people or 3 families where you only need 3-6 suites? You’ll have access to only the suites and common rooms you need and we pass our lower cost on to you. Prices as low as $1,000-$2,000 for a 2 or 3 day weekend. Everything will be perfect for a Trip To Remember!
